While I think facebook is making huge land grabs, I dont think any smart business would turn to facebook as a sole source, especially since they would be left exposed to the whims of facebook, terms, uses etc.
Another factor is the current majority use is 40% gaming
I've not seen any numbers about %users friends to friends, & what is actually b2c or b2b use outside of major brands & tv personalities, or search for brands, businesses that feed the sales funnel vs. a customer mgmt. engagement tool that leads to the "website".
